Partner and Founder

Emmanuel Boileau

Emmanuel Boileau is a founding partner of GXB Leadership, a Montreal-based executive search firm. He assists boards of directors, business leaders, and shareholders with strategic recruitment for their organizations. His approach focuses on aligning candidates’ aspirations with clients’ business objectives, with a view to sustainable growth and value creation.

Emmanuel works with private companies, public companies, and public and parapublic organizations in various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, mining and metals, logistics, transportation, and investment funds.

“What matters most to me in my work is creating value for our clients. And what I admire most is seeing them evolve with their current leaders following our interventions as headhunters.”

Before founding GXB Leadership, Emmanuel held management positions in the recruitment industry and was involved in the creation of several specialized recruitment firms. He is recognized for his ability to quickly understand organizational issues and build relationships of trust with high-level decision-makers.

Emmanuel holds a law degree from Laval University and a degree in industrial relations from the University of Montreal. He is actively involved in the Montreal business community and is also a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) network.

Constance Archambault

Recruiting leaders around the world who help define and execute the mission of the companies she advises: this has been Constance’s vocation as an executive search consultant since 2012. Her preferred business partners are executives from multinationals, SMEs, and non-profit organizations in a wide range of fields, such as energy, agri-food, and research.

A French-Canadian citizen with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Strasbourg School of Management, Constance is proud to contribute to the local and international development of the companies and individuals she passionately supports.

Marie-Claude Laliberté

With a master’s degree in guidance and counseling from Laval University, Marie-Claude began her career in 1998 with a recruitment firm in Montreal. Two years later, she founded her own company, conducting personnel searches and potential assessments for a diverse clientele.

In 2004, she joined Bombardier Inc. on a recruitment assignment that quickly evolved into a position as Senior Business Partner, Human Resources. There, she assumed a leading strategic role in support of corporate functions. In 2009, she joined the management team of the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Bombardier Aerospace. There, she supported international management teams in integrating HR issues into business plans in a context of constant transformation. Her rigor, analytical mind, and human approach enabled her to effectively support managers in all their talent management and succession planning issues.

In 2016, she joined an executive search firm as Vice President, before joining GXB Leadership as a partner in 2017.

Recognized for her ability to build trust with decision-makers and understand organizational dynamics, she supports executives and boards of directors in their strategic recruitment efforts, with an approach focused on aligning organizations’ business objectives with talent potential.

Philippe Bourbonnais

Philippe Bourbonnais holds a master’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal and has nearly three decades of experience in high-level strategic human capital management. Before joining GXB Leadership as a partner, he began his career at Illsley Bourbonnais, a renowned Canadian firm specializing in human capital management, which was integrated into Korn/Ferry International in 2000. During his eleven years with Korn/Ferry as a senior partner, Philippe led a large number of executive recruitment mandates, both nationally and internationally, aimed at attracting high-caliber executives to management teams and boards of directors of private and public companies.

“My mission is to create strategic value for both organizations and candidates. It is at the heart of this synergy that lasting partnerships are established, providing real leverage for long-term growth and success.”

Philippe is also known for his ongoing commitment to the cultural community of Greater Montreal. With a bachelor’s degree in music from McGill University and specialized training in musical performance from the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam, he has maintained a special relationship with Montreal’s artistic community for many years. He served on the board of directors of the Orchestre Métropolitain from 2007 to 2013 and, since 2013, has held a seat on the board of directors of TOHU – Cité des arts du cirque.

Karine Gorecki  

An executive recruitment specialist, Karine Gorecki has been helping organizations with their talent, growth, and transformation challenges for over 20 years.

Since joining GXB Leadership in 2019, she has been working with a diverse clientele—finance, energy, manufacturing, retail, non-profits—to identify, attract, and engage the right talent, using an approach based on listening, human alignment, and sustainable impact.

Before joining GXB Leadership, Karine held strategic positions in major international companies, notably at BNP Paribas and Société Générale, where she was responsible for recruitment, training, career management, and HR transformation projects.

“This job is a demanding passion. It requires keen listening skills, rigor, resilience, and real endurance. What I look for, assignment after assignment, is that moment when the right person meets the right organization—and something lasting can be built.”

She has also worked in several specialized recruitment agencies, particularly in the information technology and finance sectors, giving her hybrid expertise and a keen understanding of demanding environments.

With a degree in administration specializing in human resources, mathematics, and financial policy, and also certified as a professional coach, Karine is known for her people-oriented approach, resilience, and ability to find talent off the beaten track, even in complex or delicate recruitment contexts.

Eric Boucher

Eric Boucher has over 15 years of experience in talent hunting and recruitment, working with a wide range of organizations, from start-ups to large multinational corporations.

With his excellent listening skills and strong analytical abilities, he understands the realities and challenges facing organizations in a competitive, fast-paced market, enabling him to match the best possible candidates with the needs of companies.

Eric also stands out for his interpersonal skills and his ability to develop cordial and lasting business relationships with the various stakeholders he works with throughout his assignments. His sense of customer service creates effective synergy during the execution of projects.

Maria Lisa Orgera

With 24 years of experience, including 18 in executive recruitment firms, she has been Executive Assistant at GXB Leadership since the company was founded. She provides ongoing support to the partners and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
